Cold bonded joint
That is, a cold-adhesive adhesive is used to make the joint. This joint method is more efficient and mechanical than the mechanical joint, and should have a better joint effect, but from the practical point of view, because the process conditions are relatively difficult to master, the quality of the adhesive has a great influence on the joint. So it is not very stable.
Hot vulcanized joint
Practice has proved to be the most ideal joint method, which can ensure high joint efficiency, is also very stable, and has a long joint life and is easy to grasp. However, there are disadvantages such as troublesome process, high cost, and long joint operation time.
2. Joints of layered conveyor belts
Joints such as mechanical joints, cold bonded joints, and hot vulcanized joints can be used as needed. Generally, the cold bonded joint and the hot vulcanized joint adopt a stepped structural joint.
3, PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt joints
Because the structure of the whole core belt is relatively special, the joint is not easy, so most of the mechanical joint method, that is, the belt buckle joint. However, in order to ensure the joint effect, the belt of grade 8 or higher is generally a hot vulcanized joint. The structure of the joint is a finger joint. The hot vulcanization joint process of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is more complicated, and the requirements for equipment are relatively high.
