Due to the many factors that lead to the deviation of the tape, it is necessary to solve the deviation rule of the tape from the aspects of design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, use and maintenance of the conveyor, “running tightly and not running loose”, “running high and not running low” If you do not run before running, that is, if the tightness on both sides of the tape is different, the tape moves to the tight side; if the height of the tape is different, but one end is in front and one end is in the back, along the tape running direction. , the tape will move like the back end.
The method of adjusting the deviation of the tape can be summarized into the following:
(1) Adjusting the tensioning mechanism method: When the tape is running, if it is biased to the same side under no-load and heavy-load conditions, the tightness on both sides of the tape is different, and should be based on “running tight and not running loose”. Regularly, adjust the screw or weight of the tensioning mechanism; if the tape runs away from the left and there is no fixed direction, the tape is slack and the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted.

（3）Adjusting the roller bracket (or frame) method: If the tape is always offset to one side when it is empty, the roller bracket on the offset side should be moved forward by 1-2 cm in the direction of the tape running, or the other side should be supported. Roller (or rack) is raised appropriately
（4）Clearing the sticking method: If the roller and the roller are partially adhered to the material, the diameter of the roller will be increased, resulting in an increase in the tension of the tape at the place, thereby causing a deviation. Adhesive materials should be cleaned in time
（5）Adjust the gravity method: if the tape does not run off when it is empty, and always shifts to one side when it is heavy, it indicates that the tape has been eccentric. The position of the hopper or the belt conveyor should be adjusted so that the tape is loaded to prevent it from being deflected.
（6）Adjusting the tape method: If the edge of the tape is seriously worn or the seam of the tape is not parallel, the tension on both sides of the tape will be inconsistent, and the tape should be re-trimmed or replaced.
（7）Installation of the offset roller method: If two sets of automatic self-aligning rollers (flat rollers or grooved rollers) are installed on the conveyor, the deviation of the tape can be automatically corrected.
