Since the needle detector is a highly sensitive instrument, it has relatively strict requirements on the environment and machine maintenance. Usually after using for a period of time, the needle detector will have some common "faults", so normal use should be done regularly to clean the conveyor belt parts and other easily soiled parts.
Cleaning methods and precautions are as follows:
1. Cleaning utensils: Find a clean towel, damp the water and wring it out until it can't be screwed out.
2. Cleaning the surface of the conveyor belt: Note that the sensitivity of the needle detector should be adjusted to the lowest level before cleaning. If the needle detector has B/C mode, please adjust the needle detector to C mode to avoid the sensitivity being too high. Cleaning work. Then straighten the towel and press it tightly on the surface of the conveyor belt, start the machine, and let the machine run for more than five rounds (in order to clean the surface of the conveyor belt, the method can be applied flexibly), then wash the towel and wring it out. Repeat this step again to wipe the conveyor belt until there is no obvious contaminant on the conveyor belt surface;
3. Clean the back of the conveyor belt: Then wash and wring the towel, pass the towel from the bottom of the machine to the bottom of the conveyor belt, straighten the towel, and pump the towel to the front of the conveyor. Grasp the two ends of the towel and start the machine to run the machine for several weeks. . Since the bottom of the conveyor belt is the dirtiest place, multiple wipes are required. After each operation for several weeks, the towel should be washed out and the above steps repeated.
4. How to judge the cleaning effect: After the above two cleaning steps, the needle conveyor belt adjusts the sensitivity to 8 or the highest sensitivity, and starts the machine to make the machine run. If the machine runs smoothly and the probe metal position indicator light is not bright. At this time, the clothing without any metal impurities can be smoothly passed through the needle detector channel, that is, the conveyor belt is cleaned successfully!
After cleaning through the above steps, it is still found that the probe light does not stop after the power is turned on, and the clothes cannot pass smoothly, and the above cleaning steps should be repeated again. At the same time, when cleaning the test work, it is necessary to avoid the surrounding interference environment factors, such as: personnel walking, too large a machine distance and other factors need to be considered!
