Conveyor belt running is one of the most common faults. There are a variety of reasons for deviation, the main reason is the low installation accuracy and poor maintenance of the daily. During installation, the head and tail rollers, between the middle rollers, are as close as possible to the same centerline and are parallel to each other to ensure that the conveyor belt is not biased or less biased. In addition, the tape connector to be correct, both sides should be the same circumference. In the course of use, if there is deviation, you have to make the following checks to determine the cause, to make adjustments. Conveyor belt deviation often check the location and treatment methods are:
(1) check roller roller centerline and belt conveyor longitudinal center line does not coincide. If the non-coincidence value exceeds 3 mm, it should be adjusted by means of the long mounting holes on both sides of the roller group. The specific method is the side of the conveyor belt, which side of the roller group forward direction of the conveyor belt forward, or the other side of the backward.
(2) Check the deviation of the two planes of the head and tail racks. If the deviation of the two planes is greater than 1mm, then the two planes should be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment of the head roller is such that if the conveyor belt is to the right of the drum, the bearing on the right side of the drum should move forward or the left bearing seat is moved backward; if the conveyor belt is to the left of the drum, The bearing on the left side of the drum should move forward or move the right side bearing seat backwards. The tail roller is adjusted in the opposite direction to the head roller.
(3) Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. Material in the conveyor belt cross-section is not centered, will lead to conveyor belt deviation. If the material to the right side, then the belt to the left side deviation, and vice versa. Use the material as much as possible. To reduce or avoid such conveyor belt deviation can increase the baffle, change the direction and location of the material.
